February 28. Thank goodness for leap years. I didn’t want the entire month of February to past without a single Chronicle. There have been many speed bumps that continue to liter my Barbell Road. I’m posting another video Chronicle on my recent trip to Powerhouse Gym during the President’s day weekend. Click on the links listed in the Chronicle. January 30th 2024. It's been too long and so long that the season for saying, "Happy New Year" has passed. Happy New Year never the less! We are finally back with our first Chronicle for 2024 on the odd day of Tuesday night. We usually publish new post on Sundays. This week's Chronicle is title, "Workingset.com Where are you?". We answer this question as we attempt to refocus and reignite the fire that is Gymlife for this upcoming season 24.
December 31st. The final Chronicle of 2023 is a video Chronicle that was posted on our TikTok page. It's title 2023 End.

December 12th. Traveling is a part of life. Rather it be for pleasure like a vacation or a wedding. It maybe business oriented or even a life altering event like visiting a sick love one or unfortunately attending a funeral. During this time many will not think about training. But for some of us training is not just Gymlife it’s a part of life. This week’s Chronicle is about a recent trip I took to South Carolinawhich was not under the best circumstances but I still managed to get two training sessions in; visiting a gym I had not been to since 2018. The week’s Chronicle is called, Training on the Road.
November 5th. My mother has passed away. This week we'll have our first Chronicle in nearly two months as I have been fully occupied with this major event in my life. We well have some coverage on last nights results from the 2023 Mr. Olympia coming soon. This weeks Chronicle is simply titled Mom.
July 16th. I really wanted to have a Chronicle(s) on Bro Splits and PPL (Press, Pull, Legs) but I still haven't started it. When the time is right it will form. This week we dig very deep into our past. This Chronicle is a collection of random thoughts and weight training tenets from across the years, some dating back to the start of this website. Some of these thoughts and principle you may have seen in some Chronicles across the years. This thoughts are the formation that was the basis for many Chronicle creations. This week's Chronicle is Formation-Creation. Bro Splits and PPL will be coming soon.
